Miniature Functional Toggle Clamp
Sometimes while building miniatures, if we are not able to get a small sized functional part, we design and build it ourselves. This very tiny toggle clamp was one such effort.

This tiny toggle clamp actually can hold two boards together with considerable force, and for comparison of size, it is has been placed next to a one rupee coin.

Product and Technology Description

This toggle clamp has been fabricated with Aluminum and Steel parts and is rust proof. The scale of the model makes it difficult to fabricate, but it works!
