Rugged, Maintainable Turmeric Sieve

Background

An industrial Turmeric Sieve, was redesigned to addresses some of its key problems - Noise, moving around the area due to vibrations.

This entire sieve is built in Food Grade Stainless Steel because it is used in a food industry. The structure was rebuilt so as to eliminate obstructions at the bottom of sieve so collecting tray can be easily inserted and removed.

Further a bottom cone was precisely machined which ensures there is no spillage of the material while Sieve is operational.

Amidst all these constraints, the legs of this sieve were mounted with special vibration damper pads, so entire system doesnt move around while in operation.
